Such a comfortable stay. Nice lobby area to relax. Kind staff. Rooms were super clean and nice. Good full breakfast. Will be staying here again!

Overall a very pleasant experience. The bed was quite comfortable. We didn't take advantage ofany amenities, though the breakfast was very good for a hotel breakfast. 2 nights was a very comfortable stay, and when we asked for more pillows, had no issues getting them. Had an accessibile room, and the shower was large and quite comfortable. All in all, good place to visit when in Bismarck.
I booked two nights for my son and family for Thanksgiving. I didn't ask to see the rooms. They only had king bed available at beginning of November.

Comfort Inn & Suites Mandan-Bismarck was the very best for our second reservation with them. Tori was so patient and a great listener for getting all that we needed even with a first floor room. And Betty Lake was a great help in finding my forgotten neck pillow and scoured every place possible to retrieve it. She and her staff worked so effectively and found the pillow and Betty sent it back home to us even with the addtl missing pillowcase protector!. Betty demonstrated an exemplary level of customer service and dedicated work including calling with this statuses as the search was on. Kudos to these staff members that display respect and compassion for their customers. Thank you so much Tori and Betty. Judi W.

Great stay! Came for the pool it was super clean, goes up to 5 ft, and the chlorine was strong but reassuring. Beds and bathrooms were clean, hallways smelled fresh, and the front desk staff were very friendly. Nice touches like lemon water in the lobby, coffee, a fitness room, and a spacious parking lot. Quiet, peaceful location, and the building looks new. Didn’t see beer offered, but there’s a place right next door. Would definitely recommend!
